The Kashinoki head factory (Asahi Seika) is a sweets factory that displays the sweets production process to visitors through a glass barrier. The factory shop sells sweets and Yanai tourist souvenirs.
The hydrangea garden on the hill behind the factory has about twenty thousand hydrangeas of one hundred types. Mid to late June is the best time for viewing.
